Cut Sheets are single-part forms, usually printed in a laser printer. Uses include clerical purposes such as correspondence or reports, or large-volume documents such as statements, invoices, and checks.

Arnold Tip - We offer different colored paper sequenced sets to solve multiple page print needs. For example, if you would like to send a white original invoice and a pink duplicate copy for your customer to return with payment, we can collate the forms white, pink, white, pink, etc. No need to run the job twice and collate each customer's set by hand.

Continuous Forms are single or multiple part forms that are pin-fed through a dot matrix printer. Examples of uses include invoice, statements, checks, grade reports, tax forms, etc. The forms are usually customized with your logo and corporate colors. Arnold also offers custom punching, metallic inks, security features, barcodes, and ID cards.

Unit sets are multiple part forms, either carbonless (NCR) or carbon-interleaved, bound by at least one glued stub. The forms are filled out by hand or typewriter (or both). Unit set forms are commonly used for such items as receipts, contracts, inventory tags, sales books and repair orders.

Continuous stock computer paper is used by most organizations to generate internal reports. Arnold stocks a wide variety of paper designs including 1/2 inch green and bluebar, 1/8 and 1/16 greenbar or green and orange bar, plain white papers, colored papers, and prepunched papers.

We also offer recycled computer papers of various contents; helping to save our environment is important to us and to our clients.

Laser and copier paper can be a blessing or a curse. Many times the wrong paper can jam a printer and shut down an office for hours. Our papers are specifically designed for use in laser printers and plain paper copiers. Our large volumes allow us to offer excellent pricing in addition to quality papers.

Arnold Tip - Fan your paper both directions before loading it into your equipment. Some machines pull the paper on the 8 1/2" side while others pull from the 11" side. Fanning the paper reduces the chance of jamming by separating sheets that may be stuck together.

Label/Form combinations are, simply put, single forms that do the job of two or more forms, resulting in increased efficiency and reduction of error. Storage and inventory requirements are substantially reduced. Suggested applications include hospital forms, direct mail, shipping forms, and invoices.
